Nepal national team leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has put his name forward for the upcoming auction of England’s premier franchise competition, The Hundred.
As per the list published by the tournament organisers, Lamichhane has entered the draft in the overseas players’ category with a base price of £31,000. Close to 1,000 cricketers from 18 different countries have registered for this year’s auction.
The player draft is set to be held on March 11 and 12. Lamichhane had previously been picked up by Oval Invincibles in 2021 for £100,000, although he did not feature in any matches during that season.
